Where do you distribute to?

We specialise in distributing to over 1500 sites within the Yorkshire boundary. On this site you can find lists of major sites we distribute to broken down into geographical area(s). These lists/runs can be segmented and supplemented to meet your individual targeting requirements.

Can you distribute outside of Yorkshire?

We can cover Main Tourist Information Centres and Libraries in Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the North East. We can also arrange greater coverage using our contacts with other distribution companies throughout the country.

Where should I put my leaflets?

Over the years a.y. creative services has developed highly sophisticated targeted runs. You can distribute by geographical area(s), postcodes or by the following targeting methods. It is possible to mix, match, combine or even design your own targeted run.

This method of targeting is only for Audiences Yorkshire Members.

Geographical targeting is available for all Members and none members.

How much does it cost?

Distribution prices are based on the following criteria:
1. the size and weight of a single leaflet/brochure
2. the area(s) you want covering
3. how long you want the print on display for
4. your specific targeting requirements

How long will it take to distribute my print?

We can get all major sites covered within 5 working days of receiving your print. To cover every site across the region will take 20 working days.

When should I put my print out?

Ideally we would like the print ten weeks prior to the start of your show/event. We recommend the leaflets are on display for a minimum of four weeks.

How many leaflets will I need?

This depends on:
1. the size and weight of the leaflet/brochure
2. the area(s) you want covering
3. how long you want the print on display for

An approximate guide for quantity is 50 leaflets per site for four weeks display, however it is possible to increase or decrease this amount by targeting your print to the appropriate sectors. 50 works better than ten, as we find people feel awkward about taking leaflets in short supply. If you want your print on display for longer than four weeks, you will need to opt for the top-up service. This would automatically increase the amount of print required.

Will my print be just left in boxes or left with third parties?

NO

a.y. creative services has invested in high quality display racking which we have in over 90% of the sites we cover. Our full time, professional distributors put your print directly into our display racks at your chosen site. We only leave boxed print at professionally staffed outlets, for example Tourist Information Centres.

Can you collect my leaflets?

YES (Audiences Yorkshire Members only)

This collection service is for Members of Audiences Yorkshire only. We can collect up to ten boxes on our regular runs and a collection charge of £1.00 per box will apply. For larger collections or collections outside the Yorkshire boundary please call for a quote on 01405-818421.

Can I have my leaflets delivered to you?

YES

You can have your print delivered direct to our Distribution Centre. All deliveries must be booked in prior to arrival, informing us of the expected delivery day, am/pm time slot, the number of boxes and the total quantity. We accept deliveries Mon-Thurs 07.30 -15.30 & Fri 07.30 – 15.00.

Will my leaflets make a difference?

Leaflet distribution is not an exact science. Many organisations run very successful leaflet campaigns but it does depend on the product and public perception of your event. While we guarantee your print will be our racks, we can not guarantee a successful campaign.
